Return/Refund Policy

Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before purchasing access to any “PropShopTrader OÜ” program, evaluation, or related services. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Prohibited Practices, Disclaimers, and Legal Disclosures.

1. What your fee pays for

Program and evaluation fees are paid solely for access to program infrastructure, technology, analytics, and assessment processes. All evaluation activity occurs in a simulated or assessment environment.

2. All sales are final

Due to the nature of our services, all fees are final once a purchase is completed and access is provisioned.

We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or returns, except where such refunds are required by applicable law.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, without limitation:

  • Change of mind or lack of use
  • Dissatisfaction with simulated or hypothetical results
  • Failure to meet evaluation objectives
  • Account outcomes resulting from rule breaches or risk limit violations
  • Technical or connectivity issues outside our control

3. Existing subscriptions

“PropShopTrader OÜ” no longer offers subscriptions for purchase. Any customers who are currently on a subscription will not be renewed after January 16, 2026. Access, if any, will continue only through the end of the already paid billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued unless required by applicable law.

4. Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact support@propshoptrader.com before initiating a payment dispute so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, “PropShopTrader OÜ” may suspend or terminate access to programs or services associated with the disputed charge, to the extent permitted by law, until the matter is resolved.

5. Technical issues and third party services

“PropShopTrader OÜ” relies on third party technology, market data providers, infrastructure vendors, and regulated brokerage partners. We are not responsible for outages or disruptions caused by third parties, internet service providers, hardware failures, or platform limitations. These do not create a right to a refund.

6. Rules enforcement

Program rules, prohibited conduct, and enforcement actions are defined in our Terms of Service and Prohibited Practices. Violations may result in suspension, termination, or disqualification without refund.

7. Fees, taxes, and currency

All fees are due at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or charges imposed by your payment provider or jurisdiction. Payments are processed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated at checkout.

8. Third party costs

Some services require third party tools, market data, or trading platforms that you obtain separately. Any such fees are paid to those providers, not to “PropShopTrader OÜ”, and are your responsibility. These costs do not create any right to a refund from “PropShopTrader OÜ”.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if we determine you have violated our Terms of Service or Prohibited Practices, or if we are unable to continue providing services under the current terms. Provisions related to intellectual property, limitations of liability, and other survival clauses continue to apply after termination.
