How do I reset my Gladiator account? #
You can reset your failed Gladiator or Instant Gladiator account directly from your My Purchases page. Click the Reset button beside the account you wish to reset.
Is there a time limit for resets? #
Yes. Resets must be completed within 48 hours of the account being failed post the end-of-day reports.
If you do not reset within this window, the reset option will be removed for that account, and you will need to purchase a new one.
How many times can I reset a Gladiator account? #
You can reset each account up to a maximum of 10 times during its lifetime. Once the limit is reached, that account can no longer be reset.
What happens if I already have 10 active Gladiator accounts? #
You cannot reset a failed Gladiator account if you already have 10 active Gladiator/Instant Gladiator accounts.
You must bring your active total below the limit before resets are available again.
Will I receive a new contract when I reset? #
No. Resets do not require a new contract. Your original Gladiator contract terms automatically apply to all reset accounts linked by your Subscription ID, User ID, or Email Address.
What happens to my ETP subscription if I reset? #
This rule applies only if you received your ETP subscription through a Bundle purchase.
- If you reset a Gladiator account that originally came from a Bundle and still has an active ETP subscription, you will keep that ETP subscription for one more month on that account.
- If all accounts from the Bundle that gave you the ETP subscription have failed, your ETP subscription will be removed — even if you have other non-Bundle Gladiator accounts.
Example:
You have 7 Gladiator accounts.
- 5 accounts were purchased via a Bundle of 5, which gave you an active ETP subscription.
- 2 accounts were purchased separately (non-Bundle).
If all 5 Bundle accounts fail, the ETP subscription is taken away – even if the 2 non-Bundle accounts are still active. The ETP subscription is only tied to accounts that came from the Bundle.
