- Verify Credentials and Settings: Double-check that your login credentials are correct and all necessary settings are properly configured.
- Login to Rithmic First: Ensure that you are logged into Rithmic and it is open and running on your PC. Make sure you’ve also signed the required data agreements upon login.
- Rithmic Server Reset Times: Be aware that Rithmic resets its servers daily and weekly:
- Daily Reset: Between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM EST.
- Weekly Reset: From Friday at 5:00 PM through Sunday at 6:00 PM EST.
- During these times, you won’t be able to log in, so please try again outside of these reset periods.
- No Active PST Account: If you do not maintain an active PST account by the end of the calendar month, your Tickblaze license will be automatically deactivated. However, if you purchase a PST account again in the future, your Tickblaze license will be reactivated.
