Sim account cap transition #

  • New cap: Max 5 active sim accounts per trader
  • Here’s how the transition works:
    • NO RETROACTIVE FORCED CHANGES ON PAST ACCOUNTS: Traders who currently hold more than 5 active accounts may continue trading those accounts as usual.
      • However, if any of those accounts fail, they will be automatically cancelled and cannot be reset or repurchased once failed.
    • Traders may still reset or purchase new accounts as long as their total active count remains within 5 accounts.
    • For new users: Anyone joining or purchasing accounts after this change takes effect will be able to hold a maximum of five (5) active sim accounts at any time.

500K accounts removal and transition rules #

1. Traders Holding MORE Than 5 Active Accounts:  #

If a trader already holds more than five active accounts:

  • If out of all active accounts, a user has 500K Warrior Accounts
    • No new 500K Warrior accounts will be available for purchase moving forward.
    • Existing traders with 500K Warrior accounts may continue trading them as usual; there are no immediate changes.
    • If any of the active accounts include a 500K Warrior account, and that account fails, the associated subscription will be automatically cancelled.
    • Once cancelled, the trader will no longer be eligible to repurchase or reset that same account.
    • The trader may only select from smaller account sizes for future purchases: 25K, 50K, 100K, or 250K.

2. Traders Holding 5 or Fewer Active Accounts #

If a trader holds five or fewer active accounts, the following rules apply:

  • If out of all active accounts, a user has 500K WARRIOR Accounts
    • No new 500K Warrior accounts will be available for purchase moving forward.
    • Existing 500K Warrior account holders can continue trading their accounts without interruption.
    • If a 500K Warrior account fails but the trader’s subscription remains active, the account can be renewed at the next billing cycle or reset anytime before renewal.
    • If the subscription is cancelled and the account fails, the trader will no longer be eligible to repurchase or reset any 500K account and must transition to smaller account sizes.
  • People Who Received Free BOGO 500K Warrior Accounts: As part of previous promotional campaigns, certain traders may have received Free 500K Warrior BOGO (Buy-One-Get-One) accounts. The following rules will apply to all such accounts:
    • These accounts will remain active only until December 31, 2025. Traders must complete and pass these accounts before the end of the year to retain eligibility for transition to a Gladiator Account.
    • After December 31, 2025, any Free BOGO 500K Warrior account that has not been successfully passed will be automatically deactivated and removed from the trader’s profile.
  • If out of all active accounts, a user has 500K GLADIATOR Accounts
    • If a 500K Gladiator account fails, traders will have 48 hours from the failure notification to reset the account.
    • If the reset is completed successfully within this timeframe, the account will remain active.
    • If no reset is completed within 48 hours, the account will be permanently deactivated, and the trader must transition to smaller account sizes — 25K, 50K, 100K, or 250K — moving forward.

When do these changes take effect #

How does the 4-phase Live scaling work #

  • As you complete phases, your maximum static drawdown per Live account increases. Example totals
    • Starting static drawdown 2,500 per Live account
    • Across 3 Live accounts your total static drawdown begins at 7,500
    • For 100K and higher account sizes, a transitioned Live account starts at 5,000 which is 15,000 total across 3 accounts

If Live drawdown tiers are similar across sizes, why buy larger sim accounts? #

  • Larger sim accounts have larger payout caps. You can earn more in sim before moving to Live which is the main reason some traders choose bigger sizes first.

Can I keep trading if I currently hold more than 5 active sim accounts? #

  • Yes. You may keep trading them. If any of those accounts fail they are cancelled and cannot be reset or repurchased. New purchases or resets must keep you at or below 5 active.

What happens to my 500K Warrior after the change? #

  • You can keep trading it while active. If it fails and your subscription is still active you may renew at billing or reset before renewal if you are at 5 or fewer total. If the subscription is cancelled and the account fails you cannot repurchase or reset any 500K going forward.

What about Free BOGO 500K Warrior accounts I received in past promotions #

  • They remain active until December 31, 2025. You must pass before that date to be eligible to transition to Gladiator. Any not passed by that date will be failed and removed.

What are the new activation and upgrade fees #

What are the new Warrior reset fees #

  • 25K and 50K are $25. 100K is $30. 250K is $50.
