Important Notice – Warrior Program Discontinuation
The Warrior Evaluation Program is being discontinued. While existing Warrior subscriptions may continue temporarily, new Warrior purchases, resets, and long term renewals are no longer supported. The information below explains how billing and cancellations work during this transition as well.
Core Definitions #
To ensure total transparency for traders and automated compliance systems, the following terms are defined as:
- One-time Gladiator Fee: The initial one-time payment required to open a Gladiator Account.
- Standard Reset (Option 1): Issues a new trading account with no preserved Benchmarks. All balances, trading days, and history are reset to their normal starting state.
- Benchmark Reset (Option 2): Issues a new trading account with up to 5 previously earned Benchmarks carried over. Balances, trading days, and history reset to the normal starting state.
- Benchmark Reset Add On: Preserve Drawdown Balance
Available only with a Benchmark Reset.
The new account starts with a higher initial balance so the trailing drawdown is already covered, allowing the trader to focus directly on Daily Profit Targets and Benchmarks without needing to rebuild the drawdown first.
- Benchmark Reset Add On: Preserve Drawdown Balance
- Benchmark: A milestone achieved by completing a 5-day trading cycle.
- Daily Profit Target: The minimum net profit required in a single trading day to be counted as a trading day.

Use of Credit Cards & Account Registration #
Personal vs. Company Accounts #
- Individual Accounts:
Use your personal credit or debit card. - Company Accounts:
Use the official company card associated with your business. - Restrictions:
- Using a relative’s, spouse’s, or parent’s credit card is prohibited.
- Unauthorized use may result in account forfeiture and disqualification from any refund or chargeback claims.
Account(s) may be forfeited if the card doesn’t match your identity.
Billing Cycle #
Billing Cycle: #
- Warrior Accounts: These are billed on a 30-day cycle and renew automatically, subject to the Warrior program discontinuation timelines outlined below.
- You can view your current billing cycle and subscription details by logging into your Dashboard and clicking on Manage Subscriptions.
- If you have an active subscription, you’ll be able to see it on this page. Click on View beside the subscription you want to examine to access more details, including the start date, next payment date, payment method, amount, etc.
- Gladiator accounts are billed only once at the time of activation.
Warrior Billing Transition Timeline #
- Starting January 6, 2026:
- Warrior accounts are removed from checkout
- No new Warrior accounts can be purchased or reset
- Warrior account resets are no longer available
- Until January 16, 2026:
- Existing Warrior subscriptions may renew only if their scheduled rebilling date occurs before January 16
- On January 16, 2026:
- All Warrior subscriptions are placed into pending cancellation
- No further renewals or rebilling will occur
- After January 16, 2026:
- Warrior accounts will remain active only until the end of their current billing cycle
- Once the billing cycle ends, the account expires permanently
Account Balance & Renewal #
- Gladiator Accounts – One-Time Fees & Full Balance Reset on Reset:
Gladiator accounts operate on a one-time fee basis. When you choose to reset a failed Gladiator account, you receive a brand-new account with the balance fully reset.

Coupons & Discounts #
How to Apply a Coupon #
- At Checkout:
- Add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page.
- Locate the “Have a coupon?” section.
- Enter your coupon code and click Apply Coupon.
- If the code is valid, the discount will be applied to your order total.
- Important:
Coupon codes must be entered at the time of checkout. Due to system limitations, we cannot retroactively add a coupon if it is forgotten before purchase completion.
Discounts After Sales #
- Missed Sale Discounts:
Unfortunately, discounts cannot be extended beyond the expiration date of a sale event. For current promotions, please contact our team at support@propshoptrader.com.
Renewal & Evaluation Timing #
What Happens If I Pass on My Renewal Date? #
- Rebilling & Account Passing:
If your account passes on the same day as your scheduled rebilling, the charge will be processed, and no refund will be possible. The system updates the evaluation status only after the billing cycle has been completed.
Separate Billing for Multiple Accounts #
- Warrior Accounts: Each is billed individually on a monthly subscription basis.
- Gladiator Accounts:
- Single account purchases are billed individually.
- Bundled purchases (3 or 5 accounts) are billed together under one payment, though each account is issued separately.
Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks #
Refund Policy #
- No Refunds:
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including one-time fees, subscription renewals, account resets, or monthly billing charges. Once a charge is processed, it is final and non-refundable. - Binding Agreement:
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to our “No Refund” policy. Any attempt to request a refund or initiate a chargeback will invoke the binding contract you accepted, potentially resulting in added collection or attorney fees.
