Payment Options #

Accepted Payment Methods #
  • Credit & Debit Cards:
    We accept all major credit and debit cards for both subscription-based (Warrior) and one-time (Gladiator/Instant Gladiator) purchases.
    Supported Cards:
    • American Express
    • China UnionPay (CUP)
    • Discover & Diners Club
    • eftpos Australia
    • Japan Credit Bureau (JCB)
    • Mastercard
    • Visa
  • Cryptocurrency: Accepted exclusively for one-time purchases like Gladiator accounts and any reset fees. Warrior subscriptions cannot use cryptocurrency due to subscription billing restrictions.

Use of Credit Cards & Account Registration #

Personal vs. Company Accounts #
  • Individual Accounts:
    Use your personal credit or debit card.
  • Company Accounts:
    Use the official company card associated with your business.
  • Restrictions:
    • Using a relative’s, spouse’s, or parent’s credit card is prohibited.
    • Unauthorized use may result in account forfeiture and disqualification from any refund or chargeback claims.

Account(s) may be forfeited if the card doesn’t match your identity.


Monthly Billing & Subscription Cycle #

How Does Monthly Billing Work? #
  • Billing Cycle:
    • Warrior Accounts: These are billed on a 30-day cycle and renew automatically.
    • You can view your current billing cycle and subscription details by logging into your Dashboard and clicking on Manage Subscriptions.
    • If you have an active subscription, you’ll be able to see it on this page. Click on View beside the subscription you want to examine to access more details, including the start date, next payment date, payment method, amount, etc.
  • Even if you cancel in the middle of a cycle, you will have access until the end of that billing period.
  • Automatic Renewal:
    • Warrior Accounts renew every 30 days automatically.
    • Gladiator accounts are billed only once at the time of activation.
Account Balance & Renewal #
  • No Balance Reset on Monthly Renewal if Account Is Still Active:
    The monthly renewal does not reset your account balance. If you still have an active account when your billing cycle renews, your balance remains unchanged. Your subscription simply continues until you pass the Warrior phase, fail the evaluation, or cancel.
  • Gladiator Accounts – One-Time Fees & Full Balance Reset on Reset:
    Gladiator accounts operate on a one-time fee basis. When you choose to reset a failed Gladiator account, you receive a brand-new account with the balance fully reset.

Coupons & Discounts #

How to Apply a Coupon #
  • At Checkout:
    1. Add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page.
    2. Locate the “Have a coupon?” section.
    3. Enter your coupon code and click Apply Coupon.
    4. If the code is valid, the discount will be applied to your order total.
  • Important:
    Coupon codes must be entered at the time of checkout. Due to system limitations, we cannot retroactively add a coupon if it is forgotten before purchase completion.
Discounts After Sales #
  • Missed Sale Discounts:
    Unfortunately, discounts cannot be extended beyond the expiration date of a sale event. For current promotions, please contact our team at support@propshoptrader.com.

Renewal & Evaluation Timing #

What Happens If I Pass on My Renewal Date? #
  • Rebilling & Account Passing:
    If your account passes on the same day as your scheduled rebilling, the charge will be processed, and no refund will be possible. The system updates the evaluation status only after the billing cycle has been completed.
Separate Billing for Multiple Accounts #
  • Warrior Accounts:
    Each is billed individually on a monthly subscription basis.
  • Gladiator Accounts:
    • Single account purchases are billed individually.
    • Bundled purchases (5 or 10 accounts) are billed together under one payment, though each account is issued separately.
    • Bundles include complimentary access to the ETP Trade Copier for seamless trade mirroring.

Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks #

Refund Policy #
  • No Refunds:
    Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including one-time fees, subscription renewals, account resets, or monthly billing charges. Once a charge is processed, it is final and non-refundable.
  • Binding Agreement:
    By purchasing, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to our “No Refund” policy. Any attempt to request a refund or initiate a chargeback will invoke the binding contract you accepted, potentially resulting in added collection or attorney fees.
How to Cancel Your Account #
  • Steps to Cancel:
    1. Log in to your account dashboard.
    2. Navigate to the Manage Subscriptions page.
    3. Select the subscription you want to edit and click on ‘View. ‘
    4. Navigate to the ‘Actions’ section and click on ‘Cancel. ‘

Important: Cancel before the next billing date to avoid additional charges. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Starting a New Subscription After Cancellation #
  • New Subscription: It is recommended to start a new subscription under a new account after cancellation so you receive a full 30-day billing period without interruption. If you reactivate the same subscription after cancellation, it will still rebill you at the next payment date without the addition of extra days.

Payment Issues & Updating Billing Information #

Updating Your Credit Card & Billing Information #
  • Payment method update:
    • Update your payment details through the Manage Subscriptions page.
    • Select the subscription you want to edit and click on ‘View. ‘
  • On that page, select ‘Change Payment‘ to update your card information before the next payment date. Ensure your card is active, has sufficient funds, and that your billing information is accurate.
  • Account-Specific Notes:
    • Warrior Accounts (Subscription-Based): These require an active credit or debit card; a rejected card may result in suspended access.
    • Gladiator Accounts (One-Time Purchase): These can also be purchased using any supported cryptocurrency in addition to cards.
