How Traders Get Paid
Two clear compensation tracks: Sim Payouts on Futures and Signing Bonuses on Stocks.
Both tracks reward structured progression, longevity, and disciplined risk management.
Benchmarks
Benchmarks measure structured progression during the Evaluation phase. Once a trader accumulates the required Benchmarks on a single account
(Light: 6–8 Benchmarks; Forge: 6 Benchmarks; Sprint: 5 payout Benchmarks, Move Live after the 5th payout) and meets longevity, compliance, and risk management standards, they transition to Real Prop consideration.
FUTURES ACCOUNTS
Sim Payouts
All new futures accounts (Day and Swing) earn automatic sim payouts as benchmarks are reached. No request required.
- Benchmark 1: Compliance review begins (KYC, due diligence). No payout.
- Benchmarks 2 – 6: Automatic payouts issued once compliance review is complete.
- Benchmark 7: Live transition / move to Real Prop. No payout at this benchmark.
- Total max payout: $6,250 (25K Forge) or $12,000 (50K Forge).
- Standard reset only — no benchmark or drawdown preservation on payout accounts.

Sprint futures accounts (day-trading only) earn sim payouts you request manually – unlike Light/Forge automatic payouts. 90/10 split: you may receive 90% of each requested payout.
- Evaluation needs to be passed first (min 1 day, hit Evaluation Profit Target); PTSA needs a signed agreement.
- Payouts begin in Sprint PTSA at Payout Benchmark 1 - based on compliance review.
- Each payout needs 3 qualifying days + 50% consistency, balance above the Drawdown Floor.
- Max 5 payouts/account; min request $500. At/After the 5th payout: Risk-Team reviews for Moving Live.
- Reset: Evaluation account can be reset ; Sprint PTSA - no reset.

Compliance Disclosure: Signing Bonuses are not tied to trading performance, profitability, or future results. Advancement to the Real Prop Phase is based on the completion of defined benchmark and time-based requirements and remains subject to firm risk and compliance review. Signing Bonuses are issued only after execution of the applicable Real Prop Trading Agreement and at the firm’s discretion.
