Account Reset in Progress for Rithmic-Affected Users

We are currently performing account resets for traders impacted by today’s earlier Rithmic connectivity issues:

  • Any existing account with a negative PnL today due to the Rithmic issue will be reset to yesterday’s EOD balance. 

  • Any new account created today that experienced a loss caused by the issue will be reset to its initial starting balance.


Please note that this change may take a few hours to fully reflect across all accounts.

🚫 We strongly advise you to avoid trading until this fix is completed to prevent data conflicts. Another update will follow once all resets are complete.

📢 Notice for End-of-Day Accounts (Yesterday Only)

This applies only to traders who:
Were trading on an End-of-Day trailing drawdown account yesterday, and failed that account yesterday.

What you need to know:
• Your Trader Dashboard may still show the account as active, but the trading account itself has already failed.
• To confirm the status, check your Rithmic Order History → Remarks.
If it was failed – You’ll see that the remark would show as “Account balance [x] dropped below the End-of-Day trailing threshold [y].

Important notes:
• This affects a very small group of traders – no other accounts or trading activity are impacted.
If your dashboard still shows these failed accounts as active and is blocking new purchases due to the 10-account limit, don’t worry.

The display will update within 1–2 hours, after which you’ll be able to purchase new accounts normally.

Payout requests:

  • Already payout-eligible as of Thursday? – You can still submit your payout request as usual once the payout window opens at 1 AM EST.
  • Becoming eligible based on Friday’s trading data: Please wait until the EOD reports are fully processed before requesting.

What to expect next:

  • 🕒 Processing is underway — we’ll share an update by 8:00 a.m. EST, September 27th 2025.
  • Dashboard updates will automatically reflect once processing completes.

We want to inform you that the end-of-day report scheduled after 5:00 p.m. EST was not generated for the September 17th trading day. As a result, certain areas of the Trader Dashboard (such as trade history, account balance updates, pass/fail status, and reset eligibility) may not yet reflect the latest data.

🔹 What you need to know:

  • Trading is unaffected. You can continue trading on Rithmic as usual without any issues.
  • This delay does not impact your trading performance, executions, or any other data.
  • Our technical team is already working on the fix, and we will provide an update before 8:00 a.m. EST tomorrow morning (prior to the NYSE market open).
  • The dashboard will automatically update once the end-of-day report is processed.

🔹 No action required:

  • There is no need to panic or contact support.
  • We are fully aware of the issue and have it under control.
  • If you still require assistance for any other matter, our Support Team is available to help.

We’re aware of a temporary issue on the Trader Dashboard where the Daily Summary and Trades Details section may not show the correct PnL, or consistency rule calculations.

✅ In the meantime, you can rely on the Performance Overview chart, which reflects your correct EOD balance.

⏰ A fix is in progress and will be completed by 12 p.m. EST tomorrow (Sept. 10th, 2025), at which point all affected data will be recalculated automatically.

That’s why we’re introducing an update to help ensure accounts on our platform stay vibrant, engaged, and fully aligned with the momentum of our trading community.

We are introducing a 30-Day Inactivity Rule, effective September 23, 2025.

What this means

  • If there is no activity on your Rithmic account(s) for 30 consecutive days (no login and no trades), your profile will be marked Inactive.
  • Inactive profiles are cancelled automatically and are not refunded.

 

This applies whether you:

  • Purchased but never logged in (30 days from purchase),
  • Logged in but never placed a trade (30 days from login), or
  • Traded in the past but then stopped (30 days of no trades).

For Gladiator accounts, inactive status will require a reset (within 2 days) to reactivate.

We’ll send you two reminders over 14 days before deactivation occurs (total of 3 emails including the final inactivation notice).

Who gets contacted

We’ll proactively reach out if our systems show 14+ days of inactivity, starting from today (September 9th, 2025)  once EOD reports are processed. This gives you time to act before the 30-day limit.

How to stay active

Simply log in and place at least one trade within each 30-day window.

Rithmic Account Creation:

Rithmic is currently not processing new account and user files. This means that account creation will be delayed until they resolve the issue. We are in close contact with their team and will keep you updated every step of the way.

Our server provider is also experiencing issues that may temporarily impact dashboard visibility. If you notice your dashboard not loading correctly, a quick refresh should bring it back.We know how important your trading experience is and appreciate your understanding while these providers work on resolutions. Important Update – One Contract for All Gladiator Accounts

We are simplifying our contract process to make it easier for all traders.

What’s Changing
  • Previously, each Gladiator or Instant Gladiator account required its own contract.
  • Going forward, there will be one Master Agreement at the user level.
How It Works
  • If you have purchased accounts in the past, you will need to sign the new Master Agreement the next time you purchase a Gladiator or Instant Gladiator account.
  • Once signed, the agreement applies to all current and future accounts under your profile (including resets, renewals, and new purchases).
  • After signing, no additional contracts are required.
  • Accounts will be automatically created in Rithmic once the agreement is on file.
What Stays the Same
  • Program rules and parameters continue to follow the latest versions posted on our website and member portal.
  • Active accounts will continue under the rules in place, except where updates are required for compliance or risk management.

This change streamlines the process, reduces repetitive paperwork, and ensures all accounts remain governed by a single, up-to-date agreement.

  • Traders can now receive up to 40 SIM payouts per user across accounts, and the firm reserves the right to decide, at its discretion, if and when an account transitions to Real Prop.

Retroactive Changes

  • These updates apply to both existing and future accounts — so everyone benefits from the improvements.

  • Sunday, Aug 31, 2025: Regular open at 6:00 PM EST / 5:00 PM CST.
  • Monday, Sept 1, 2025 (Labor Day): Trading halts midday
    • Equity & Currency Futures—early close at 1:00 PM EST / 12:00 PM CST.
    • Energy & Metals Futures—early close at 2:30 PM EST / 1:30 PM CST.
    • Agricultural Futures—closed during the U.S. day session; reopen only in evening at 8:00 PM EST / 7:00 PM CST.
  • Tuesday, Sept 2, 2025: Regular open at 6:00 PM EST / 5:00 PM CST

Resolved: Rithmic Balance Discrepancies

Rithmic has now updated all cash on hand values through end-of-day Friday, August 22.

  • Balances Updated: All Warrior and Gladiator accounts have been corrected with the proper balances. You can continue trading as normal.

  • Payout Deductions Pending: For traders who took a payout over the weekend, the payout amount may still temporarily appear in your account. These amounts will be deducted within the next 24 hours.

  • Compliance Reminder: Once payout deductions are applied, we will continue with our normal compliance checks. Please note that, as per our rules, if an account fails before the payout is processed, the payout will be rejected even after the deduction has been made.

At this stage, balances are fully updated, and only payout deductions and compliance review remain pending. If you still notice any issues, please reach out to the Support team.

Update: Balance Discrepancies for Trades Placed on Friday, August 22

We’ve identified the cause: Friday’s end-of-day balances were not carried forward into the “cash on hand” settings inside Rithmic. Instead, the system applied Thursday’s end-of-day balances.

As a result, this issue only affects users who placed trades on Friday, August 22nd.

We have already notified Rithmic’s team, and they are working on a fix. Balances should be updated within the next 24 hours.

This does not prevent you from trading, but please exercise caution until the balances are fully corrected.

Monitoring Rithmic – Balance Discrepancies

Following Rithmic’s server update over the weekend, a limited number of users noticed discrepancies between their dashboard balances and the balances shown in Rithmic after the Friday EOD reports.

At this time, we have already reached out to Rithmic’s team to investigate the cause and are awaiting further guidance from them.

If you are seeing discrepancies in your account, please reach out to us directly so we can review your case. Otherwise, no action is needed.

We’ve already resolved balance discrepancies for the vast majority of accounts — over 99% have been fixed. A very small number of users may still be experiencing this issue, and our team is continuing to finalize corrections.

🕕 The market reopens at 6:00 PM EST today, and queued accounts will begin processing shortly after. Please note that due to high volume — ~1500 accounts are in queue — it may take a couple of hours for all deliveries to complete.

⚠️ If you see a negative amount under ‘New Weekly Profit’ in the Carry Forward Rule section, please note that this is a temporary bug currently being fixed. It does not impact your payout eligibility, and you may proceed with your request if your account meets all other requirements.

We are still waiting for Rithmic to process the End-of-Day (EOD) report for Friday, July 4th. The delay is likely due to the U.S. holiday, and we have not yet received an update from their side.

📌 We kindly ask that you allow up to 24 hours as we continue to monitor the situation. Once the report is processed, trader dashboards will update automatically to reflect July 4th performance.

💡 If you’re seeing a negative carry forward balance:
Please note that this is expected for some accounts and is temporarily caused by the system factoring in payout requests submitted last weekend. As the majority of those were approved for processing on Friday, these values will return to normal once the July 4th EOD report is received.

✅ If you qualified for a payout prior to July 4th, you may still proceed to request it from the ‘My Purchases’ page > Gladiator table.

Account Processing Update — In Progress

We’re currently experiencing a server-side processing delay, and account setups are being completed in the order they were received. The good news: we’ve already processed over 80% of accounts, and onboarding emails are being sent out as each setup is finalized. If you’re a new customer, you may temporarily be unable to access Tickblaze or Rithmic, and might not receive onboarding emails yet — this is simply because your account is still in queue. Nothing to worry about!
:construction: In addition, we’re currently reviewing a few remaining accounts that were missed during the June 26th balance adjustment for users impacted by Rithmic connectivity issues. These are being handled with priority, and balances will be updated accordingly.

We’ve completed balance adjustments for accounts impacted by today’s Rithmic connectivity issues. If you were affected, your balance and PnL metrics have been corrected to reflect yesterday’s EOD values.

Account Reset in Progress for Rithmic-Affected Users

We are currently performing account resets for traders impacted by today’s earlier Rithmic connectivity issues:

  • Any existing account with a negative PnL today due to the Rithmic issue will be reset to yesterday’s EOD balance. 

  • Any new account created today that experienced a loss caused by the issue will be reset to its initial starting balance.


Please note that this change may take a few hours to fully reflect across all accounts.

🚫 We strongly advise you to avoid trading until this fix is completed to prevent data conflicts. Another update will follow once all resets are complete.
