Evaluation and simulated environment
“PropShopTrader OÜ” offers evaluation and assessment programs designed to evaluate trading skill, discipline, and risk management behavior. All evaluation activity occurs in a simulated or assessment environment.
Results generated during evaluations:
- do not represent real trading
- do not reflect actual brokerage execution
- do not create any entitlement to compensation
- are used solely for assessment and qualification purposes
Evaluation results are one of multiple factors considered when determining eligibility for potential next stage opportunities.
No simulated payouts
“PropShopTrader OÜ” does not provide payouts, profit sharing, or compensation of any kind based on simulated trading activity or simulated trading results. This includes simulated profit payouts, performance based rewards derived from simulated trading, and profit splits tied to evaluation results.
Transition to live trading and signing bonuses
Certain participants may be considered for access to live trading through third party regulated brokerage firms with whom “PropShopTrader OÜ” maintains commercial relationships. Live trading access is not guaranteed. Selection is discretionary and subject to eligibility, risk, compliance, and operational review. Any live trading relationship is governed by separate agreements, and brokerage services such as execution, custody, clearing, margin, and reporting are provided solely by the third party broker. “PropShopTrader OÜ” does not act as broker, custodian, or counterparty.
In lieu of simulated trading payouts, “PropShopTrader OÜ” may offer a signing bonus to certain individuals who successfully complete the evaluation process and are approved for participation in live trading under a separate arrangement. Signing bonuses are discretionary, not guaranteed, not profit splits, and are not tied to or derived from simulated trading results. Any signing bonus is governed by separate terms and conditions.
Trading risk
Trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all individuals. You should be prepared to lose money. Risks include market volatility, price gaps, liquidity constraints, execution risk, trading halts, regulatory restrictions, short selling risks (including forced buy ins), concentration risk, and technology or connectivity failures. Past performance, including evaluation results, does not predict future outcomes.
Hypothetical or simulated performance disclosure
Simulated or hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations. They do not represent actual trading and trades are not executed in live markets. Results may reflect idealized assumptions, and liquidity, slippage, fees, and market impact may differ materially in live conditions. No representation is made that any participant will achieve similar results in live trading.
CFTC RULE 4.41: Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. In fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One limitation of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading. There are numerous other factors related to markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading approach that cannot be fully accounted for and can adversely affect actual trading results.
Technology and third party services
“PropShopTrader OÜ” relies on third party technology, market data providers, infrastructure vendors, and regulated brokerage partners. We are not responsible for execution delays, data inaccuracies, connectivity failures, broker outages, market center disruptions, or other third party service interruptions.
