Important compliance notice
If any of the rules on this page are found to have been violated during account evaluation, performance review, or during a SIM to Real Prop transition, the account may be subject to a full compliance review.
This review may include trade analysis, position history, symbol eligibility checks, and enforcement of applicable firm policies before any Real Prop transition and signing bonuses are approved.
Bracket orders and short selling for stocks are currently limited due to a technical issue with our execution and data provider (Rithmic).
Some Rithmic-supported platforms may display these features; however, execution may be inconsistent or fail. Rithmic is aware of the issue and is actively working on a fix. These limitations do not prevent stock trading and do not affect buy-only trading functionality.
Stock Eligibility and Liquidity Controls #
| Category | Rule | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Price and Liquidity Floor | Stocks priced below $1.00 may not be traded | Stocks under $1.00 are typically illiquid and highly unstable. To protect traders from poor fills, slippage, and manipulation, any stock with a last traded price below $1.00 is prohibited. Always check the last traded price before placing an order. |
| Volume and Liquidity Floor | Stocks with very low trading volume must not be traded | Low volume stocks often cannot absorb normal order size without large price movement. To ensure fair execution: • The stock must have at least 100,000 shares of daily volume • Daily volume may be evaluated using either the current trading day’s consolidated volume or the previous trading day’s consolidated volume • Stocks below this level are considered illiquid and should not be traded |
| IPO Restriction | IPOs may not be traded on their first day | A stock cannot be traded on its first day of public listing. Trading is allowed starting from the next trading day once normal liquidity and price discovery are established. |

Hedging Prohibition for Stocks #
| Category | Rule | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Hedging | Hedging is not allowed on any accounts | You may not hold opposing positions in the same symbol across multiple accounts at the same time. |
| Hedging Definition | How hedging is detected | Hedging occurs when two or more accounts under the same user profile hold long and short positions in the same symbol during overlapping time periods, even if caused by a trade copier malfunction. |
| Hedging Scope | Where hedging applies | Hedging checks apply only to ETB (Easy to Borrow) stocks, since only ETB symbols allow both long and short trading. |
| Enforcement | What happens if hedging is detected | Accounts involved will be reviewed and enforced under the firm’s Hedging Policy. |
