What happens if I fail or reset multiple accounts in one day? #
If you fail or reset a total of 10 accounts in a single calendar day, you will be temporarily restricted from purchasing new accounts until the next market open.
This policy is in place to promote responsible trading and prevent impulsive or excessive behavior.
What if I fail my evaluation account? Can I reset and continue? #
This depends on the account type.
Warrior accounts #
- Warrior accounts cannot be reset after January 6, 2026
- If a Warrior account fails, it is permanently failed
- You cannot reset, renew, or repurchase a Warrior account
- Your only path forward is to trade Gladiator accounts
Gladiator accounts #
- Gladiator accounts may be reset only if permitted under the Gladiator Reset Policy
- Gladiator accounts are not subscription based
- No monthly rebilling applies
Does failing my evaluation automatically cancel my subscription? #
No. Failing an evaluation does not automatically cancel a subscription.
However, this applies only to existing Warrior subscriptions, which are now being discontinued.
Important clarification:
- Warrior accounts are no longer offered
- Warrior accounts cannot be reset
- Warrior subscriptions will not renew after January 16, 2026
What happens next:
- If your Warrior rebilling date is before January 16, 2026, the subscription may renew one last time
- On January 16, 2026, all remaining Warrior subscriptions are placed into pending cancellation
- Accounts remain active only until the end of their current billing cycle
- After expiration, Warrior accounts are permanently decommissioned
- No resets, renewals, or repurchases are possible
Gladiator accounts are not subscriptions and are not affected by this change.
Reminder: Subscriptions remain active until you cancel them from the Subscriptions page.
What happens if I fail my account in the Gladiator Phase? #

- You have fewer than 5 active accounts total
- The account has not exceeded its lifetime reset limit
- The reset is initiated within 48 hours of failure (after EOD reports)
If any condition is not met:
- The reset option is removed
- You must purchase a new Gladiator account (if eligible)
Note
- Reset availability is not guaranteed
- Resets create a brand new account
- Benchmarks do not carry over
