What happens if I fail or reset multiple accounts in one day? #
If you fail or reset a total of 10 accounts in a single calendar day, you will be temporarily restricted from purchasing new accounts until the next market open.
This policy is in place to promote responsible trading and prevent impulsive or excessive behavior.
What if I fail my evaluation account? Can I reset and continue? #
Yes, you can reset your evaluation account and continue trading:
- Manual Reset Upon Failure: You may purchase a reset anytime through the My Purchases page, which will reset your account balance however you will still get rebilled on your actual rebilling date for that order.
- Monthly Billing: Monthly billing cycles are strictly for billing purposes and do not reset your account balance. Your account status remains the same unless you fail the account or initiate a manual reset.
- Reset Limit: Each Warrior account is limited to 10 resets per month to encourage responsible trading and prevent gambling and emotional trading behaviors.
Does failing my evaluation automatically cancel my subscription? #
No, failing your evaluation does not cancel your subscription.
You have two options:
- Wait for the next billing cycle, which will automatically reset a failed account.
- Manually purchase a reset if you want to restart immediately.
Reminder: Subscriptions remain active until you cancel them from the Subscriptions page.
What happens if I fail my Paid Trading Sim Account (PTSA) in the Gladiator Phase? #
PTSA accounts can be reset under the Gladiator Reset Policy:
- PTSA accounts can be reset, provided you meet the following conditions:
- You have fewer than 10 active accounts in total, including Warrior, Gladiator, and Instant Gladiator accounts.
- Each individual Gladiator/PTSA account has not already reached its maximum of 10 resets over its lifetime.
- The reset is initiated within 48 hours of the account failing (after end-of-day reports), or the reset option will no longer be available.
- If any of those conditions are not met (over active account limit, reset limit reached, or reset window has passed), you’ll need to restart from the Warrior Phase or purchase a new Instant Gladiator account.
We understand that setbacks happen — which is why we’ve made it easier and more cost-effective for traders to re-enter and continue their journey.
Do I retain access to Tickblaze and market data after failing my account? #
Your access to the Tickblaze platform and Rithmic market data depends on the status of your account:
- ✅ Active Account: As long as your account remains active, you will continue to have access to Tickblaze and Rithmic market data.
- If you purchased Level 2 data, access is valid for the current calendar month only and must be repurchased at the start of each new month.
- ❌ Account Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your account or it becomes inactive, access to Tickblaze and market data will be revoked.
- 🔁 Rejoining: Should you decide to rejoin at a later date, you will still have the same login credentials for Tickblaze and Rithmic market data, as these credentials are tied to your profile.
